Two employees are dressing to look like Barbie by wearing very long false eyelashes and loud contact lenses. They are beginning to look like android/doll versions of themselves. What should we do?

Depending on the nature of their job roles and whether they are client facing or not, you would need to talk about whether they would need to amend their appearance for meetings.
